At NaqshNigar, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

You received the wrong product.

You received a damaged or defective item.

The product received is different from what you ordered.
To be eligible for a return:

The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

Proof of purchase or order number is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Items without original packaging or tags.
-
Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect).

Products requested for return after the return period has expired.
3. Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly offer an exchange, subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only approved in the following cases:

The ordered item is out of stock after payment.

A replacement product is unavailable.

We are unable to fulfill your order.

A return request has been approved after inspection.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), NaqshNigar will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing:

Our support team will review your request and assist you as quickly as possible.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the standard return process will apply.
